Wachowski Siblings' Sense8 to Appear Exclusively on Netflix

Netflix is definitely stepping up its game. A recent press release states that the online version of Netflix will be picking up 10 episodes of  Sense8, a sci-fi series created by the Wachowski siblings (Matrix series, Cloud Atlas and V is for Vendetta) and  J. Michael Straczynsk ( Babylon 5). It seems that the success of Netflix's House of Cards, which is excellent by the way, has spurred the company to explore the introduction of additional Netflix exclusive television shows. Sense8 will explore the relationship between humanity and technology, a theme the Wachowski siblings are excellent at exploring. Little else has been released about the show, which has also been described as “a gripping global tale of minds linked and souls hunted." Sense8 is slated to debut in 2014.
